Our Socials and Other Special Functions

We meet at least once each quarter for a social, usually in the offices of one of our members.
It is always a great time. Spouses and other family members are invited along with other guests.

The food is always great. We have fun raffling prizes. Sometimes we have live entertainment,
cruise San Diego Bay, dance or enjoy ourselves in some other special way.

This is our annual gathering to invite new prospective members to join our clubs.

Come and network with other local professionals. Bring 50 business cards.

All guests must be invited by a member of either club,
and the business category must be open in one or both clubs.

Thanks to all who were present. I hope you enjoyed yourself. I know I did!

I wanted to take this opportunity to once again thank Chuck Higgins of CP Richard Signs and his wife Michelle for allowing us to be their guests at his place of business last night for the Le Tip Early Summer Social. They are a delightful couple and really went out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and welcomed.

In addition, kudos to Social Chair Maria Frase and the rest of the committee for a spectacular job. Members of the social committee include Theresa Pulvere, Edie Foster, Steve Bates, and Nancy Divins.

Thank you to all the members who invited guests. Keep up the great work. For those of us who did not have a guest, please keep reading this email. There is another opportunity coming up.

The success of these socials and our regular meetings is entirely up to you. If you choose to not attend our regular meetings on a regular basis and skip the socials, then you are robbing yourself of the opportunity to share and benefit from the camaraderie and possible tips that are generated in these informal settings.

I ask that everyone take a closer look at the commitment you made when you joined the chapter regarding Attendance and ask yourself the question: Am I "in the game" or am I sitting in the stands?

I pledge that you "get in the game". We miss your presence on a regular basis. Recommit yourself and make a decision now.
